After years of having a family run business, Fantastic Floors was born.

Several years ago, our company co-owner, Lorin Miller saw this coating applied to a customer’s house. Having seen many garage floors and coatings that had failed in customer’s houses, he knew this coating was different. The look & durability so impressed him that he contacted the manufacturer & decided to create Fantastic Floors.

Currently, 3 Miller family members are part of the Fantastic Floors team. We currently have two installation crews.

It all started in 1964…

Our business traces its history to 1964 when founder, Jacob Miller, Jr. started building pole buildings with the Curry Lumber Company of Wooster. In 1974 his company, Benton Builders, became a separate corporation and continued serving the area with pole building construction as well as seamless gutters.

In 1987 the company joined the ABC Seamless franchise family and began offering seamless steel siding as well as a full range of exterior products, including seamless gutters, replacement windows & doors, metal & asphalt roofing.

Brothers Ed & Lorin Miller own the company & three other brothers work in the company as well as extended family. We hope that our mission statement: “We do it right or we do it over”, puts into words our strong belief in giving our customers the absolute best value for their money.
